How it works
One SIM, one stamp. Buy 3 in one order and you earn 3. Purchases on sim.anlander.com and top-ups under My SIM Cards both count.
Track progress under My SIM Cards, on the home page and on every destination page. Orders placed without signing in still count — sign in later with the same email to find them.
At 10 stamps a voucher is issued automatically — no claim form, no waiting. It is worth the total accrued across those 10 SIMs. Tick “Use Buy-10-get-1 reward” at checkout to apply it. The counter resets and a new round begins.
How this differs from hotel stamp programmes
Some stamp programmes award the average value of your 10 purchases. Ours doesn't — you get back exactly what you banked, to the cent.
If the voucher does not cover the order, just pay the difference (wallet credit can help). ⚠️ The reverse is not true: buy something cheaper than the voucher and the unused part is forfeited — so save it for a bigger order.

- Refunded orders — stamps and value are clawed back
Terms
- You must be signed in to accrue. Orders placed without signing in are still tagged to your email — sign in later with the same email to find them.
- Each SIM accrues **10% of what you actually paid** for it (excluding shipping, wallet credit and any reward voucher applied).
- At 10 stamps a voucher is issued automatically. The counter then resets and a new round begins; unused vouchers stay until you use them.
- **A voucher is single use.** The deduction is the lesser of the voucher value and the order total. Once applied the whole voucher is spent — **any unused balance is forfeited, not refunded, and does not become a new voucher**.
- If the voucher does not cover the order, pay the difference with wallet credit, card, FPS or any other method.
- Vouchers may only be used to **buy new SIMs on sim.anlander.com** (eSIM or physical). They cannot be used for top-ups, shipping fees or wallet funding.
- Vouchers are valid for **2 years** from issue and expire automatically; expired vouchers are not reissued.
- Vouchers have **no cash value, give no change, and are not transferable or resaleable**, and cannot be split across orders.
- Refunded orders have their stamps and value reversed; if that round already issued a voucher, an unused voucher is void and a spent one is recovered from your wallet.
- If an order paid with a voucher is refunded, **the voucher is not returned** (no money was taken for that portion).
- Stamps and accrued value expire after 24 months with no purchase.
- We may change or end this programme at any time without notice; changes do not affect vouchers already issued and still valid.
FAQ
I bought without signing in — does it count?
Yes. We tag the order to a customer code created from the email you entered. Sign in later with that email and the stamp is there under My SIM Cards.
Three SIMs in one order — 1 stamp or 3?
Three. We count SIMs, not orders.
When does the reward arrive?
A voucher is issued the moment the 10th SIM completes — no monthly cycle, no claim. You will see it in your account.
What if the order costs less than the voucher?
⚠️ The remainder is forfeited. A voucher is spent in one go: apply a HK$58 voucher to a HK$20 SIM and the other HK$38 is gone. Save it for a larger order.
Does a SIM bought with a voucher earn again?
It earns a stamp, but only the part you paid yourself counts toward value. A HK$58 SIM paid with a HK$20 voucher accrues on HK$38 — that is what stops rewards from earning rewards.
Do purchases on topup.anlander.com count?
Yes. Both sites share one account, and stamps are pooled.
Do rentals on rental.anlander.com count?
Yes. Each completed rental period earns one stamp (valued at what you actually paid for that period, after discounts). Use the same email and the stamps pool right here, issuing a voucher at 10 as usual. ⚠️ The voucher itself can only be used to buy SIMs on sim.anlander.com, not for rentals.
