When does my eSIM activate?
Automatically after payment, usually within 30 seconds. The QR code shows on your order page and is emailed to you.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most recent iPhones (XS or later), Samsungs and Google Pixels support eSIM. Check Settings for “Add eSIM / Mobile Data”, or choose a physical SIM and we'll mail it to you.
How long does the physical SIM take?
We mail within Hong Kong (free) after payment, with a tracking number by email. Usually 1–3 working days.
What payment methods do you take?
All prices are in HKD. Hong Kong / mainland China pay via KPay (FPS, PayMe, Alipay, WeChat Pay, cards); everywhere else is routed to Stripe with all major credit cards accepted.
What if something goes wrong?
