How it works

01

Pick a plan and pay

Choose plan type, days and data above, select eSIM or physical SIM, and pay in HKD.

02

Receive your QR code / SIM

eSIM: the QR code appears on your order page right after payment and is emailed to you. Physical SIM: we mail it within Hong Kong (free) with tracking, usually 1–3 working days.

03

Install

eSIM: Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → scan the QR code and follow the prompts. Physical SIM: just insert it into your phone when it arrives.

04

Turn on roaming in Singapore

After landing, enable data roaming for the SIM in Settings — it connects to the local network automatically.

Set up before you flyAn eSIM QR code can usually only be scanned once — install it on Wi-Fi before you leave, then just switch on data roaming after landing. For physical SIMs allow 1–3 working days for delivery; choose eSIM if you're leaving soon. Validity starts the day you first connect to the local network, so installing early costs you nothing.

Device compatibility

Quickest check: dial *#06# and look for an EID entry — if you see one, your phone supports eSIM.

iPhone
XS / XS Max / XR or later (2018 onwards)
Samsung
Galaxy S20 series or later, Z Fold / Z Flip series, Note 20 series
Google Pixel
Pixel 3 or later (some regional models excluded)
Other Android
Most recent mid/high-end models — check for an EID via *#06#
No eSIM?
Mainland-China iPhones and some carrier-locked models don't support eSIM. Choose a physical SIM instead — we mail within Hong Kong.
Unlocked only
Your phone must be unlocked to use a foreign eSIM.

Good to know

  • All plans are data only — no local calls or SMS; WhatsApp, Signal and other internet messaging work fine.
  • Your eSIM runs alongside your usual SIM, so your own number still receives WhatsApp / SMS — no need to remove it.
  • Validity starts on the day you first connect to the local network, not the purchase date.
  • A QR code can usually only be scanned once — don't delete the eSIM profile after installing.
  • “Unlimited” plans are usually full speed for the first X GB, then unlimited at reduced speed — not full speed throughout.
  • Some plans don't support hotspot sharing — check the plan description before buying.
  • Prices are settled in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) via KPay (HK) or Stripe (overseas).

Singapore eSIM FAQ

Is there signal on the MRT and at Changi Airport?

Yes. Singapore has near-island-wide 5G; signal is stable across the whole MRT network, Changi Airport and residential estates.

Which SIM for a Singapore–Malaysia–Thailand trip?

There are Singapore · Malaysia and Singapore–Malaysia–Thailand combo plans covering all three countries on one SIM — no swapping at each border.

What's the difference between “1GB/day” and “10GB total”?

Daily plans give you a fixed allowance each day (e.g. 1GB) — speed drops after you use it up, then resets the next day. Total-data plans share one pool across the whole trip (e.g. 10GB over 7 days) — use more on some days, less on others; once it's gone you'd buy another.

When does my Singapore eSIM activate?

Activation is automatic and usually completes within 30 seconds of payment. The QR code appears on your order page and is emailed to you. Install before you travel; after arriving in Singapore, just enable data roaming.

Does my phone support eSIM?

iPhone XS / XR or later, most recent Samsung Galaxy (S20+) and Google Pixel (3+) all support eSIM. Dial *#06# — if you see an EID, you're supported. If not, choose a physical SIM — we mail within Hong Kong.

How are the days counted?

Validity starts the day the eSIM first connects to a network in Singapore — not the purchase date. Buying a few days early is fine.

Can I share a hotspot?

Most plans support hotspot sharing so you can share data with travel companions. Check each plan's description to be sure.

How long does the physical SIM take to arrive?

We mail within Hong Kong (free) after payment. You'll get an email with a tracking number; delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

All prices are in HKD. Hong Kong / mainland China customers pay via KPay (FPS, PayMe, Alipay, WeChat Pay, cards); overseas customers are automatically routed to Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

You can check your order status any time via your order link. If activation hits a problem our system alerts the local team automatically. Need a human now? WhatsApp 5745 9845 or email [email protected].
