Terms of Service

1. Scope of service

sim.anlander.com (“this site”) is operated by anlander and sells travel data eSIMs and physical SIM cards. This site is responsible for sale and delivery; the actual mobile network service is provided by local carriers, who determine network quality, coverage and speed.

2. Orders & payment

• All prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and are the final amounts payable.
• Hong Kong / mainland China customers check out via the KPay gateway; customers elsewhere check out via Stripe with international credit cards. Your card number and payment credentials are handled directly by KPay/Stripe and are never received or stored by this site.
• An order is formed once payment succeeds.

3. Delivery

• eSIM: provisioned automatically after payment; the QR code appears on your order page and is emailed to you, normally within 30 seconds. If the supplier is down, the system retries automatically and alerts our local team.
• Physical SIM: mailed within Hong Kong, free, with tracking; usually 1–3 working days. Hong Kong addresses only.

4. Usage restrictions

• The vast majority of plans are data-only — no local calls or SMS. Plans that include a number say so in their description.
• Validity runs from the day the SIM/eSIM first connects to the local network, not the purchase date.
• An eSIM QR code can generally be scanned only once; a deleted profile cannot be restored.
• Plans marked “unlimited” are mostly full speed for the first X GB, then reduced speed thereafter — see each plan's description.
• The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. Bulk purchase for resale requires our written consent (for corporate purchasing, please contact us).

6. Limitation of liability

This site accepts no liability for losses caused by insufficient local coverage, carrier outages, device incompatibility or user misconfiguration. In any event, this site's liability is capped at the amount actually paid for the order concerned.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect when published on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Translations are provided for convenience only; in case of discrepancy, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
