What we collect

Provided by you at checkout:

Generated by the system: order number, plan purchased, amount, order status, KPay/Stripe transaction reference, and the eSIM's ICCID and QR code link.

Where it lives

Order data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (region: asia-east1), in anlander's own cloud project.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to complete your order:

• Telecom suppliers — when provisioning an eSIM we pass the order number and plan code (never your name / email / address)
• KPay / Stripe — payment (they collect payment details from you directly; we only receive a transaction reference)
• Email provider — sending QR codes and notifications (needs your email address)
• Postal delivery — physical SIMs only: recipient name, phone, address

We never sell, rent or pass your personal data to third parties for marketing.

Why the order page needs no login

Your order page uses an unguessable order link (the order ID itself is the key). Upside: no account needed. Trade-off: the link is the key, so don't forward it to strangers.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to count traffic and sources so we know which destination pages people read. GA4 never receives your name, email or address. Two functional cookies/local-storage values remember your language and currency choices. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting checkout.

How long we keep it

Order data is retained as required by Hong Kong law and accounting rules (e.g. statutory retention of tax records) and may be deleted afterwards.

Your rights
