About anlander SIM
The official anlander travel-SIM store. For each destination we line up plans from different suppliers side by side, so you don't have to hop between websites.
What we do
sim.anlander.com sells two things: travel eSIMs (auto-provisioned after payment, QR code issued instantly) and physical SIM cards (mailed within Hong Kong). Everything is clearly priced in HKD — no FX spread, no hidden fees.
Where do the SIMs come from?
anlander wholesales and retails travel connectivity products and works directly with multiple telecom suppliers. Every plan on this site states its brand (B4travel, color, ALT, anlander × MB, talk2all and others) and the actual local network it uses — no vague “best network” claims.
We're not a booking middleman: orders go from our own system straight to the supplier for provisioning, with no third party in between — so when provisioning fails, we see it ourselves and fix it ourselves.
Why activation is instant
When an eSIM order is paid, the system immediately requests a new SIM from the supplier; once the QR code comes back it's written to your order page and emailed to you. Normally done within 30 seconds, no human in the loop.
If provisioning fails (say the supplier drops offline), the system retries automatically and alerts our local team at once — you don't have to discover it yourself.
How physical SIMs work
Don't want an eSIM, or your phone doesn't support one? Most plans offer a physical SIM. We mail within Hong Kong (free) with a tracking-number email; usually 1–3 working days.
Payment & privacy
Hong Kong / mainland China customers check out via KPay (FPS, PayMe, Alipay, WeChat Pay, cards); everyone else via Stripe with all major credit cards. Your card details are handled by them directly and never pass through or get stored on our site. See the Privacy Policy.
